Well comrades, how do you feel about all of that hope and change now?
The political pundits in Illinois are aghast because pawn broker, Scott Lee Cohen, had overwhelmingly won the Democratic primary for Lieutenant Governor.
Cohen, a typical Chicago Democrat, had been arrested for attacking his live in prostitute girlfriend with a knife.
In addition, Cohen’s ex wife claimed that he was physically abusive and engaged in fits of rage and sexually aggressive behavior before their divorce, and skipping out on child support payments while he spent millions on his campaign.
Now the powers to be, are hoping to get rid of him before the general election but can’t. He was officially elected by the people and he is constitutionally qualified, so they can’t change the law to suit their needs.
Another embarrassment to the Democratic Party is Illinois State Treasurer, and basketball buddy of President Obama’s, Alexi Giannoulias, running for Obama’s old United States Senate seat.
Giannoulias’s family owns the Broadway Bank, which finds itself in hot water now days.
Broadway Bank has given loans to organized crime figures, but now, a week before the Primary, Alexi had to enter a consent order with banking regulators to evaluate the banks senior management in order to try and save the bank.
Giannoulias faced criticism for his past role at the bank and the 70 million dollars his family took out of the bank as dividends in 2007, and 2008, as the real estate crisis was becoming apparent. Now the bank needs a similar amount of cash injection to archive the capital ratio the order requires, and the family isn’t saying anything about replenishing the funds with their own money.
What does this say about accountability?
If the Democrats had been accountable and checked out Barack Obama’s eligibility, he may not have been the candidate, but don’t get excited …
I find it ironic that most American’s are getting ready to party on Super Bowl Sunday.

What dummies we are for being more infatuated with a game, than our national security.
We spend more time talking about, or betting on sports, than to realize that our country has been hijacked from right under our own feet, and next year we just may be watching the Soccer Super Bowl, from out of a window in a gulag.
We have elected anti American thieves to public office.
During the prohibition, Al Capone set up his criminal empire in Chicago, Illinois.
His illicit dynasty flourished with the aid of bribed Mayor, William “Big Bill’ Hale Thompson, and a few other slimy politicians.
The remnants of Capone’s corruption left an indelible mark on the Chicago political Machine, which has moved East to Washington, D.C.
The names have changed, but it is still the same brand of extortion, intimidation, and fear, that is prevalent in the Obama model, as it was with the Capone gang, and it will remain the same until our neutered society discovers who they are, what they stand for and develop a set of balls to take their government back, from the global thieves who have hijacked our liberty.
This is what we are up against, this is the reason why some of us are having buyers remorse… too late.
We can’t change the mindset of thieves, they will steal anything.
After Bill Clinton, and George Bush, looted our country, it didn’t leave much for the Obama Gang to steal; so they have to invent things to steal, just like the federal government invented income tax evasion laws to reign in Al Capone.
The Obama Gang has to ply it’s trade on taxing American citizens into poverty with such unconstitutional schemes, and power grabs, as bogus health care scares, Cap and Trade, and the most heinous criminal theft of all, Climate Control.
In order to obtain a little seed money for their criminal enterprise, and grease the political machine back home, they were counting on a big score from holding the 2016 Olympics in Chicago.
The Federal Observer Magazine, was the first publication to report on the Chicago Olympics first casualty of their failed Olympic bid in Copenhagen with my October 4th, 2009 article; Opraha’s Team Captain Screws Up.
Chicago School Superintendent, real estate developer, and Olympic Committee member, Michael Scott was found floating in the Chicago River with a bullet wound in his head.
The Cook County Coroner ruled it a suicide, but with all of Scott’s connections to private – public real estate developments, and his connections to insiders, a lot of people think that he may have had a little help in squeezing the trigger.
There was a story briefly circulating about Scott receiving a call on his cell phone before he met his demise, from Valerie Jarrett.
Iranian born, Valerie Jarrett, is the senior advisor, and assistant to President Obama.
Jarrett has been a major player in the Chicago Political Machine for years.
She founded the Habitat Corporation as a LLC back in the 90’s.
Michael Scott among other ventures, was a partner with Cecil C. Butler, a real estate developer, project manager and contributor to Barack Obama’s political campaign.
In 1995 Cecil Butler received a 51 million dollar loan backed by the state to renovate apartment units called Lawn dale Restoration.
Butler hired the Habitat Corporation to manage the Lawn dale restoration project in 1999.
According to the Chicago Tribune, Butler presided over the flow of more than 150 million dollars in government funds through the apartments which were poorly, or never renovated.
Consequently, Lawn dale Restoration was seized by the federal government and sold back to the city for pennies on the dollar, while Butler walked away laughing all the way to the bank.
Interestingly, this land was the basis for the proposed Olympic Village site if Chicago procured the Olympic’s in 2016, so some people had a lot to lose, and some people had even more to hide.
Slum landlord, Anton Tony Rezko, an Obama contributor, was one of the players along with his partner Daniel Mahru. They founded the Rezmar Corporation which scammed the government out of 100 million dollars in bank loans to rehab slum buildings.
In 1990, Rezko offered a job to a young Barack Obama when he returned to Chicago from Harvard.
Obama declined, and went to work for the law firm of Davis, Miner, Barnhill, and Galland, a civil rights and real estate law firm.
Shortly there after, attorney Obama represented Rezmar and helped the company obtain 43 million dollars in government funding, while the senior partner of his law firm, Allison S. Davis. late went into business with Rezko, and in 2003 was appointed to the Illinois State Board of Investment, by indicted governor, Rod Blagojevich at Rezko’s request.
Bagman and political fixer, Tony Rezko, and another worthless creep, Stuart Levine, are presently incarcerated for their political chicanery.
Obama insider, Valeria Jarrett stood to make millions had Chicago been awarded the Olympic games.
Michael Scott had his personal fortune at stake, and he was under investigation for conflict of interest. He was cooperating with authorities in their probe of Jarrett and another business partner of Scotts and family friend of Jarrett’s, Martin Nesbitt, who happened to be Obama’s campaign finance chair, and he currently heads the panel of the Chicago Housing Authority.
Scott and his partners were also involved in another land deal they hoped to make $600,000 through a city financed deal to build affordable housing in indicted alderman, Issac Ike Carothers ward.
Carothers was sentenced to 28 months in prison last week for bribery and tax charges. He became the 29th alderman to be convicted over the past four decades.
He followed in his fathers footsteps, William Carothers was sentenced to 3 years in prison for similar charges back in the 70’s.
According to Michelle Malkin, ” The untold story is the public- private partnership racket between developers and Chicago government which Valerie Jarrett is an integral part.
She has used White House authority, staffing, and budget to push for mass redistribution of wealth from ordinary citizens to Chicago’s richest power brokers, and real estate moguls.”
The trail of corruption runs directly back to the White house. Unfortunately, the tax payers have been betrayed again.
The United States Attorney, the Cook County States, and Illinois Attorney General, have their noses buried so far up this administrations ass, they’ll never see day light again.
This is just another travesty of justice, and in order for people to prevail, we must preserve our rule of law, and elect ass kickers to public office.
According to these scoundrels, maybe Scott Cohen isn’t such a bad fellow after all?
