This is another Piece of the Communist takeover puzzle. The 1957 Georgia Legislature made sure they were on record with this. This group of Men knew instinctively who the enemy really is.

I post this to show you the States have zero control over the Federal Government and our tenth Amendment is of no consequence now, just as it was of no consequence in 1957. Suprmemes decided, by themselves, that it was high time Communists were given their rightful place in our society. Legislating from the bench was given free reign to finally dismantle what we thought was left of the Constitution. Extra credit for those who can tell me who appointed these judges. It was time for pitchforks and torches then, as it is now.
